    Lazy property managers some of their properties are in such a woeful state and a health/fire hazzard and they do not care. LAZY LAZY LAZY LAZY very low class run business. If you want better reviews you should run the business professionally and not like some backyard operation. One of your rental properties next to me is in such a disgraceful state with junk/smashed cars and dog pooh littering the backyard for 12 months and all gone white! You have been informed several times but no action has been taken. Fences are also falling down and I cannot even get details of the owner to discuss it due to silly privacy laws. The whole thing is a disgusting mess.

    When our tenant left and we queried the cleanliness of property - we were told that peoples expectation of cleanliness were different. We were aware that the property needed maintenance but had it not then we certainly would not have been able to rent it again without giving it a thorough cleaning. We have changed agents.
