  I have never written a review before but I have had the worst experience with this business. And, I should have been excited to buy a brand new car. I would never recommend them to anyone. Even now, when I asked for a quote for a service they gave me a $200 difference to the Voltswagen website. My advice is to go somewhere else.

  Never had this lack of service with any other dealer. Do yourself a favor and find another Volkswagen dealer.

  The staff and service are second to none. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable, he helped me in every way in purchasing a car. Highly recommended!

  We have been building a fleet of Volkswagen's over the last year. Had one Crafter with a leak, it's less than a year old and we had it towed. Not under warranty and It took Ferntree Gully Volkswagen two days to asses the problem then charged $300.00 to look at it , change the oil and replace a sump bolt.

  Purchased a vehicle from Peter. He was honest, efficient and extremely easy to deal with. Certainly not the usual car salesman-type. As a salesman myself, I appreciated the fact that Peter did not waste my time with unnecessary sales jargon and got right to the point in getting me a great deal. Appreciate the Christmas call too.   I just got my new Passat R-Line from VW Furntree Gully and was very impressed with the service, the pragmatic way they handled a slight issue with my trade-in (not their fault) and the excellent service and patience they showed in dealing with me (who had lots of questions). Brian, who was my main contact, was really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure all went smoothly. I would recommend them if you want a VW, really good.
