  We ordered a bed from here a few weeks ago. the customer service was absolutely shocking from the female attendant who served us. I am shocked that they would hire someone for a sales position who is lacking basic customer service skills. We were originally going to purchase a base as well, however decided that we would purchase that from another store. When we advised we were just going to go ahead with the mattress not the base , the female attended said rudely "well, were are you going to put the bed then?". Unfortunately we were unable to find a mattress anywhere else which suited us otherwise we would not have purchased from here. We also requested a delivery date on the day of purchase however when phoned to confirm they advised that it was not booked in and we would have to wait another week. Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here or if you do request service from the male attendant.

  Conversation was a struggle and I received hardly any useful (if any) information on the mattress. It was only when I got home I realised she hadn’t even told me if I need to turn the mattress at all once I receive it. I guess I will have to work that out myself after paying a couple of thousand dollars for the product and look thru the paperwork that the manufactures will provide.

  Small store so they don't have all the stock that you can find in bigger stores. They do have the sleep machine to measure you for a mattress and can order stock in for you.

  If I had my time again I would have purchased the items elsewhere due to the lack of basic customer service and the atmosphere in the whole store was like her, quite depressing.
