  Had worse experience with them. I rang them if they have a Toyota Camry RZ in red colour. First they said yes we do have it.

  After 2 days while while my loan was under process they rang me saying that they have a RED CAMRY in stock but not in RZ. It's in ATARA Sl which is $3000 expensive then RZ.

  The thing is that they could have told me before making me sign the contract. Later decline the $3000 extra so they made an excuse that my loan was not approved. Instead of being dodgy they could have told me on first day.

  I recently had my car ( Not a Toyota ) checked by Ferntree Gully Toyota for an oil leak in the transmission which had been an ongoing problem for the last 7 months. The reception on the phone that I encountered was a professional and caring response from Michelle. They checked my car over and gave me a written report on their findings as well as washing my car. They were not able to carry out the repair because the car was still under the manufactures warranty. Luke was very helpful in what my next steps were to be taken. All this was done at no charge to me. I can highly recommend this service center to anyone looking to buy a new car from this dealership and feel confident that they will be in good hands when having their car serviced by them.   Really impressed with Ferntree Gully Toyota. From the first email to collecting my car today all I have had is a positive experience. There has been an excellent level of communication from the whole team and it was a pleasure to get my car back running smoothly. They even washed it! I had bought the car in NSW brand new and never received treatment to this level. Excellent work to the whole team

  I had a fantastic experience when I took my RAV4 for 30k service. The lady receiving me was very polite and made my day. A small error was quickly corrected and she went out of her way to ensure loan car was there and that no issues would come up in getting back - could bring in next day. At 5:15 pm got a call to re-assure me that if I cannot make it no issues. The collection of the car was a breeze. Well done Ferntree Toyota - the experience I had was much much better than when I take my wife's Mercedes for service
