  Having had a bad experience at another dealership, I was nervous when I came through the doors at Ferntree Gully Isuzu. I had the best experience in buying a car that I've ever had so far. Mainly it was the customer service that blew me away. After walking into the dealership I was offered a refreshment and was directed to the salesperson, who was fantastic at showing me through the car. Right through the whole process I felt comfortable with everything that was happening. Knowing how apprehensive I was at the beginning, I was make to feel valued and cannot rate Ferntree Gully Isuzu any higher.
